About the Position As a personal service technician, you manage the entire workflow around the customer and vehicle, from the first customer contact to when the car is ready and the customer leaves the workshop satisfied. You work with, among other things: Customer contact before and during the workshop visit Service, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting Diagnostics and problem-solving Planning and execution of workshop work Communication regarding the vehicle's status, work performed, and any recommendations Ensuring that work is performed with high quality and according to agreement Follow-up and contact with the customer before returning the vehicle This means you get a broad and varied role where you both use your technical expertise and build the relationship with the customer. You follow the vehicle through the entire process and ensure that the customer has a professional and secure experience from start to finish.
