As a personal service technician, you will work with Volvo, Polestar, and Lynk & Co and become an important part of the customer's entire service experience. The role combines qualified technical work with customer contact, where you have the opportunity to both solve problems and build long-term customer relationships.

About the Role
As a personal service technician at Brandt Bil in Skövde, you will work with service, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Volvo, Polestar, and Lynk & Co vehicles. You will also have close customer contact and be responsible for creating a safe and professional experience throughout the workshop visit.
The role involves planning and carrying out work in a structured manner and ensuring that vehicles maintain high quality when leaving the workshop. You will work both independently and together with experienced colleagues, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
As a personal service technician, you will continuously develop your knowledge through training and skills development in Volvo, Polestar, and Lynk & Co as well as in the latest vehicle technology.
We Are Looking For You If You
Have several years of experience as a vehicle technician or automotive mechanic with strong knowledge of service, repairs, and vehicle diagnostics
Have formal vehicle technical training or equivalent experience
Have good vehicle technical understanding and a genuine interest in vehicles and technology
Speak and write Swedish fluently
Have good computer skills and understanding of administrative processes
Hold a B driver's license
Meritorious Qualifications Include
Experience with Volvo, Polestar, Lynk & Co, or work with other authorized brands
Good English
Experience with customer contact and service
Ambition to develop and take on more responsibility over time
