About the Position As a team leader, you are a central part of daily operations at the lumber yard. You plan and distribute work, support employees, and ensure that incoming and outgoing deliveries run smoothly. The role is operational and you will work closely with the team in the facility. This may include helping with loading, unloading, order handling, and forklift operation while keeping the daily work coordinated. You will also be an important contact between employees and management and help handle any issues and discrepancies that arise during the day.
