Job Description: Shift Leader for WHSmith Store at Arlanda We are looking for a service-oriented shift leader for WHSmith located at Arlanda Terminal 5. WHSmith is a kiosk where you can purchase magazines, chewing gum, and tobacco. About the Position: You will work with a dedicated team and together create a positive experience for our customers. As a shift leader, you are a role model for the team you lead. You work in the daily operations of the stores but are responsible for leading and distributing work tasks. You ensure that work is performed according to agreed upon contracts and standards. Your responsibilities also include staffing, onboarding new employees, scheduling, ordering merchandise, and handling any personnel matters. Are You the Right Fit? You need to be able to get to and from work during these times. It may be an advantage if you have access to a car as it can sometimes be difficult to reach and leave the airport by public transportation.
