Job Description: Shift Leader for WHSmith Store at Arlanda
We are looking for a service-oriented shift leader for WHSmith located at Arlanda Terminal 5. WHSmith is a kiosk where you can purchase magazines, chewing gum, and tobacco.
About the Position:
You will work with a dedicated team and together create a positive experience for our customers. As a shift leader, you are a role model for the team you lead. You work in the daily operations of the stores but are responsible for leading and distributing work tasks. You ensure that work is performed according to agreed upon contracts and standards. Your responsibilities also include staffing, onboarding new employees, scheduling, ordering merchandise, and handling any personnel matters.

Qualifications:
Experience working in retail or other service operations.
Experience in team leadership. It is a major advantage if you have held a similar role previously, such as shift leader or equivalent.
Computer proficiency
Strong skills in Swedish and English

Other Information:
Our opening hours follow the airport's operating hours, which means working early mornings, day shifts, evenings, and weekends. You need to be able to get to and from work during these times. It may be an advantage if you have access to a car as it can sometimes be difficult to reach and leave the airport by public transportation.
