Job Description As a treatment provider with a focus on families, you work with change and treatment work where you meet perpetrators of violence, victims of violence, address social difficulties, and norm-breaking behavior among children, young people, and adults. You work with assignments from investigating social workers. The work aims to provide the target group with tools for an independent life. Within the unit, we work intensively with development, new thinking, and have a strong focus on the user. Based on the new Social Services Act, we work with and offer several interventions based on IUB (interventions without needs assessment) to be able to quickly provide support to the individual. The Resource Team is an operational unit consisting of several different competencies working toward family or adult treatment. We also have a Family Center within the unit that works preventatively with children and parents. The role of Family Foster Care Secretary complements and is also part of the Resource Team. We have a flexible approach where we collectively within the Resource Team customize interventions tailored to each individual, utilizing everyone's expertise. We are constantly working with competence development to meet the target group's needs. Job Duties The content of treatment work is tailored to individual needs. Within the scope of the job duties are, for example, treatment both individually and in groups. The assignment involves working flexibly and proactively, where users are offered treatment interventions both in their home environment and in our facilities, based on need. Development work, collaboration, and documentation in the form of journal notes in the assignments are important parts of the position. The work is performed both independently and together with colleagues within the Resource Team and is primarily scheduled during daytime hours. Evening work may occur as part of the position. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, social pedagogy, or behavioral science, or another relevant higher education degree that the employer deems equivalent. Experience with similar work tasks is meritorious but not required. As a person, you are flexible, stable, organized, and provide users with the support they need to move forward in their change process. Good communication and collaboration skills are important for this position. You have a positive demeanor and are good at inspiring and motivating others. Description Gullmarsskolan 7-9 is the municipality's only secondary school, which provides excellent opportunities to work with all of the municipality's young people. Our school is an important, social, and cultural meeting place for our 450 students. Students experience high safety and well-being, and our school is characterized by good relationships between students and staff. More than 70 employees work with us, and we have a very high teacher certification rate with high competence. Responsibilities Occupational Therapy Assessment Tasks As an occupational therapist at the Employment Unit, you are responsible for planning and implementing: Assessing individuals' activity and work capacity Conducting activity assessments and work capacity evaluations Working with the activity requirement and assessing individuals' prerequisites for activity, employment, or rehabilitation Identifying activity limitations and resources to create realistic and sustainable rehabilitation plans Preparing written assessments and closure reports Participating in meetings with participants and relevant collaboration partners Contributing information to medical and work-life-oriented rehabilitation processes The work takes place in close collaboration with social workers, labor market coordinators, healthcare providers, the Swedish Public Employment Service, the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, and other actors supporting individuals' path toward self-sufficiency. Activity Pedagogy Responsibilities The position also includes activity pedagogy responsibilities within daily activities, employment services, and work training.
