Archive Administrator Needed for Assignment in Lund

Job Description We are now seeking archive administrators for assignments within Region Skåne with placement in Lund. The assignments typically run for a minimum of 6 months with immediate start. As an archive administrator, you will work in a service-oriented and structured function where you handle cases, documents, and digital systems. You will primarily work with extracts and releases from journal systems, confidentiality reviews, and retrieval and distribution of journals via phone and email. You have a service-oriented role with extensive customer contact and you participate in the unit's phone duty rotation. During a typical workday, you interact with both citizens, authorities, and Region Skåne's internal customers. You will become part of a team but work independently on your specific tasks. Qualifications and Attributes To succeed in this role, you need to have: Approved upper secondary education Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing Good computer skills and experience working in various digital systems as well as the Office package Ability to work carefully, systematically, and with high integrity and focus on quality and confidentiality Interest in working with administrative tasks combined with customer contact It is highly advantageous if you have: Experience with administrative work Work with quality assurance of information or scanning/digitalization Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who is: Responsible, orderly, and thorough Structured with strong ability to prioritize amid changing circumstances Driven and takes own initiative in your training Independent but enjoys being part of a team Flexible, with high integrity and understanding of confidentiality Service-oriented What You Get as a Consultant at Amendo Our greatest asset is our colleagues!
