You work with, among other things: - Customer contact before and during the workshop visit - Service, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Diagnostics and problem-solving - Planning and execution of workshop work - Communication regarding the vehicle's status, actions, and any recommendations - Ensuring that work is performed with high quality and according to agreement - Follow-up and contact with the customer before vehicle handover This means you get a broad and varied role where you use both your technical competence and build the relationship with the customer. You follow the vehicle through the entire process and ensure that the customer receives a professional and secure experience from start to finish. You work independently with your own tasks but are also part of a team with experienced colleagues.
