Individual and Family Services (IFO) is part of the municipality's social services and works with support and interventions for children, young people, adults and families in vulnerable life situations. Within the IFO Adult Assessment and LSS unit, we meet people with complex needs where substance abuse issues, intimate partner violence and mental health problems often interact. We are expanding the team and are now looking for a social worker for IFO Adult Services with a focus on harmful use and addiction, as well as work with intimate partner violence (IPV) and partly social psychiatry to strengthen our unit. WORK TASKS As a social worker at IFO Adult Services, you have a qualified and varied job where your professional judgment makes a real difference. The work combines independent responsibility with close collegial support and guidance from case supervisors. As a social worker in Adult Services, you are responsible for, among other things: • Investigating, assessing and making decisions according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and LVM for people with harmful use and addiction, IPV, and social psychiatric needs • Conducting structured assessments and working with motivation and change work • Planning, granting and following up interventions such as open care, housing support and treatment placements • Collaborating with psychiatry, addiction services, primary care and other authorities • Documenting securely in Treserva Classic and Mitt Treserva • Being part of our development journey within the adult area On-call work occurs according to schedule. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • Have a degree in social work or other education that the employer deems equivalent • Have experience working with harmful use, addiction/comorbidity and/or intimate partner violence/social psychiatry • Are confident in exercising authority and can make professional assessments even in complex cases • Good ability to work administratively and professionally meet clients based on their different conditions • Work structurally with a legally secure approach • Have good collaborative skills and contribute to a positive work environment • Express yourself well in speech and writing Knowledge of comorbidity is meritorious. A Class B driver's license is required. Great weight is placed on personal suitability. Employment type: Permanent employment. Duration: Indefinite, start date: Start date by agreement. The Unit for Individual and Family Support, formerly Open Care, is led by a unit manager together with a coordinator. Our ambition is to be a social service where we together create good conditions to meet future challenges. Barnbackens Family Center in Kramfors is a collaboration between Kramfors Municipality and Region Västernorrland and consists of the child health center, midwifery clinic, open preschool, psychologist, and social services. Together, the activities work to offer services and initiatives that are important for children's and guardians' well-being. In your role as a social worker with us, you will represent social services together with our current social worker and be consulting to other staff on psychosocial matters. You and your colleague are a direct link to social services with the goal of early and seamless referral of parents and children to various support and assistance services. As a social worker, you offer supportive and advisory conversations to parents based on individual needs. You will also participate in various preventative and health-promoting activities such as parent groups, outreach activities, organizing themed days, and more. We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability and personal qualities such as flexibility, cooperation, and initiative. A driving license (category B) is required.
