Your new job – with projects, business, and customers in focus As a project manager at Bravida, you have a central role where you are responsible for driving your projects through the entire process – from estimation to completed delivery. You plan, lead, and monitor projects with responsibility for finances, quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction. You could also come from, for example, industry or another project-intensive business. If you have the right experience in leading, planning, and structuring projects, both the competence and support at KBA exist for you to grow into the industry and role. You are experienced in leading others and have an understanding of finances, planning, and follow-up. Experience with larger projects, cost estimation, procurement, or turnkey contracts is a merit, but your combined experience and ability to drive projects is more important than a specific background. As a person, you are driven, responsible, and solution-oriented.
