We are now seeking an experienced Project Manager in electrical work who wants to contribute to our continued growth in Karlskoga. Your new job – with projects, business, and customers in focus As a project manager at Bravida, you have a central role where you are responsible for driving your projects through the entire process – from estimation to completed delivery. You plan, lead, and monitor projects with responsibility for finances, quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction. You are a natural point of contact for both customers, suppliers, and colleagues and actively work to build long-term relationships, develop business, and ensure that we deliver with high quality and professionalism. Your main responsibilities: Lead different project phases and take responsibility for estimation, results, and execution Develop and maintain customer relationships through value-creating dialogue and upselling Work with procurement, purchasing, resource planning, and quality and work environment initiatives Lead, engage, and create conditions for a positive and high-performing team Monitor and report project progress, finances, and project status against plan Share experience from completed projects with project participants and colleagues Contribute to Bravida's improvement efforts and develop efficient working methods As a project manager, you have considerable freedom with responsibility. The projects vary in both size and content, giving you the opportunity to use your knowledge, drive, and ability to create strong results together with your team members.
