As a Retail Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and facing forward. No matter where you are in the store, you notice our customers – whether you're restocking goods, working the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café.
