As a Retail Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of varied tasks and departments that are always characterized by customer focus and high service levels. This includes, among other things, ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and facing forward.
No matter where you are in the store, you notice our customers – whether you're restocking goods, working the checkout, helping them in customer service, or serving them in the café. When meeting customers, you gladly share your knowledge to help them find what they're looking for at a good price. At Biltema, no two days are alike. About You
Customers' time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema you must be able to listen, understand and read customer needs. We are therefore looking for someone who is a pronounced service person with the customer in focus. You enjoy a high work pace where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want order and tidiness around you. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, preferably in store work with cashier experience or from the restaurant industry. To quickly get into the role, we would like to see a passionate interest in our range and product areas.
