As an employee with us, you'll work in a large team with many different tasks, where the main responsibility is to provide our guests with the equipment they need for a complete winter vacation. Guests book equipment through our website, and you're responsible for preparing the equipment they've booked. You'll also work at the checkout and service area, helping guests exchange equipment if something doesn't fit, answering questions, extending agreements, or making changes to their bookings. On arrival days, we also deliver equipment directly to guests' cottages – a service that's very popular and one we're the best in Sweden at. The position mainly involves work during evenings, weekends, and holidays. During our internal training, you'll learn everything you need to work in our ski rental. Shift Supervisor, Ski Rental & Logistics

Your Responsibilities As Shift Supervisor for Ski Rental and Logistics, you will both oversee and actively participate in daily operations. Your manager holds ultimate budget responsibility, but you solve all day-to-day issues and always plan ahead to ensure staff and work tasks are coordinated so everything gets done on time. You will plan and carry out: • Planning deliveries to accommodations • Basic scheduling • Ensuring all staff know where they need to be and what they need to do (on busy days, around 20-30 people may be working simultaneously) • Assembling equipment that guests have booked • Assisting coworkers and guests with questions and concerns • Motivating and supporting team members, and conducting development conversations Working hours vary, including daytime, evening shifts, and weekends. Your Tasks In the ski workshop, you ensure that all rented ski equipment meets the requirements of the next guest and help guests with their own equipment. Common tasks include waxing skis, grinding steel edges, working the cash register, and cleaning machines. Your main task is to provide good service to our guests. Selection of Work Tasks Prepare the guest's private skis so that the binding and boot fit properly. Grind skis in our large grinding machine. Help guests and colleagues with questions about our ski equipment and guests' own equipment. Process payments at the cash register. Wax and mount skis. Prepare pre-booked equipment. Assist in the ski rental returns. The position also includes work tasks in the ski rental department. During our internal training, you will learn everything you need to work in our ski workshop and help in the ski rental.
