Your Responsibilities Our ski equipment rental plays a central role in our guests' experience. As a member of our team, you will work in a large team with many different tasks, where the primary responsibility is to provide our guests with the equipment they need for a complete winter vacation. Guests book equipment through our website, and you are responsible for preparing the equipment they have booked. You will also work at the cashier and service desk, where you help guests exchange equipment if something doesn't fit, answer questions, extend agreements, or make changes to their bookings. On arrival days, we also deliver equipment directly to the guest's cottage – a service that is very popular and which we are the best in Sweden at. During our internal training, you will learn everything you need to work in our ski rental operation. Requirements You must be comfortable with both English and Swedish. Be able to work both day and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends. B-class driver's license and access to a car. Merits Cash register experience and previous experience in service roles.
