Your Responsibilities
As Shift Supervisor for Ski Rental and Logistics, you will both oversee and actively participate in daily operations. Your manager holds ultimate budget responsibility, but you solve all day-to-day issues and always plan ahead to ensure staff and work tasks are coordinated so everything gets done on time.
You will plan and carry out:
• Planning deliveries to accommodations
• Basic scheduling
• Ensuring all staff know where they need to be and what they need to do (on busy days, around 20-30 people may be working simultaneously)
• Assembling equipment that guests have booked
• Assisting coworkers and guests with questions and concerns
• Motivating and supporting team members, and conducting development conversations
Working hours vary, including daytime, evening shifts, and weekends.

Requirements
• Comfortable speaking both English and Swedish
• Valid B-class driver's license and access to a car
• Ability to work both day and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends
