The envelope or data message containing the application including required documents (attachments) must be marked with the words: "Do Not Open" and "Selection Procedure Ref. UPCR-2026/128189-78099806". In the application, the applicant is required to provide the ID of the data mailbox or electronic address to which documents in the selection procedure will be delivered. The selection procedure for the above service position may be participated in, in accordance with the civil service law, by an applicant who: a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement [§ 25 para. 1 letter a) of the civil service law], b) has reached the age of 18 years [§ 25 para. 1 letter b) of the civil service law], c) has full legal capacity [§ 25 para. 1 letter c) of the civil service law], d) is of good character [§ 25 para. 1 letter d) of the civil service law], e) has attained the education prescribed by law for this service position [§ 25 para. 1 letter e) of the civil service law], i.e., at least higher vocational education, f) has the required health fitness [§ 25 para. 1 letter f) of the civil service law]. g) has the required knowledge of the Czech language, if not a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 para. 1 letter g) of the civil service law] Further to the application, the applicant shall attach: a) a structured professional resume b) a cover letter
