The service position involves carrying out the following activities in particular:
• receipt and processing of applications for contributions to Active Employment Policy instruments
• processing of agreements and reconciliation of contributions
• provision of advisory services to employers, active cooperation with employers
• cooperation in public administrative control
• cooperation in labor market agendas – foreign employment, job vacancies, regional mobility
• document archiving, ensuring publicity

Applications1 for acceptance into civil service and assignment to a service position or applications for assignment to a service position (hereinafter "application") submitted within the deadline of September 18, 2026, will be reviewed, i.e., within this deadline
• delivered to the civil service authority via a postal service provider at the address of the civil service office Office of Labor CR, Regional Branch in Liberec, Dr. Milady Horákové 632/5, 460 01 Liberec,
• submitted in person to the service desk of the civil service office at the above address,
• submitted in electronic form signed with a recognized electronic signature to the email address of the civil service office [email protected], or
• submitted in electronic form via the data mailbox of the civil service office ID pnszpvi.
The envelope or data message containing the application including required documents (attachments) must be marked with the words: "Do Not Open" and "Selection Procedure Ref. UPCR-2026/128189-78099806".
In the application, the applicant is required to provide the ID of the data mailbox or electronic address to which documents in the selection procedure will be delivered.
The selection procedure for the above service position may be participated in, in accordance with the civil service law, by an applicant who:
a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement [§ 25 para. 1 letter a) of the civil service law],
b) has reached the age of 18 years [§ 25 para. 1 letter b) of the civil service law],
c) has full legal capacity [§ 25 para. 1 letter c) of the civil service law],
d) is of good character [§ 25 para. 1 letter d) of the civil service law],
e) has attained the education prescribed by law for this service position [§ 25 para. 1 letter e) of the civil service law], i.e., at least higher vocational education,
f) has the required health fitness [§ 25 para. 1 letter f) of the civil service law].
g) has the required knowledge of the Czech language, if not a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 para. 1 letter g) of the civil service law]
