The service position involves performing the following activities in particular:
• Providing advisory, informational, and educational activities in the field of employment, career choice and change, and requalification for job seekers and applicants.
• Preparation and implementation of group advisory activities for job seekers, preparation and implementation of internal Job clubs.
• Cooperation with social partners, public administration institutions, municipalities, social security bodies, and employers.
• Carrying out activities related to the requalification agenda – ensuring documentation for concluding requalification agreements with educational institutions and job applicants.
• Monitoring, preparation for settlement, and settlement of financial obligations for requalification courses.

Applications for acceptance into civil service and assignment to a service position or applications for assignment to a service position (hereinafter referred to as "application") submitted within the deadline of September 18, 2026 will be considered, i.e., within this deadline
• Delivered to the civil service authority through a postal service operator at the address: Office of Labor of the Czech Republic, Regional Branch in Liberec, Dr. Milady Horákové 632/5, 460 01 Liberec,
• Submitted in person to the registry office of the civil service authority at the above address,
• Submitted in electronic form signed with a recognized electronic signature to the email address of the civil service authority [email protected], or
• Submitted in electronic form through the data box of the civil service authority ID pnszpvi.
The envelope or data message containing the application including required documents (attachments) must be marked with the words: "Do Not Open" and "Selection Procedure No. UPCR-2026/128194-78099806".
In the application, the applicant is required to provide the ID of their data box or email address to which documents in the selection procedure will be delivered.
An applicant may participate in the selection procedure for the above-mentioned service position in accordance with the Civil Service Act if the applicant:
a) is a citizen of the Czech Republic, a citizen of another EU member state, or a citizen of a state that is a contracting party to the EEA Agreement [§ 25 subsection 1 letter a) of the Civil Service Act],
b) has reached the age of 18 [§ 25 subsection 1 letter b) of the Civil Service Act],
c) is fully capable [§ 25 subsection 1 letter c) of the Civil Service Act],
d) is of good character [§ 25 subsection 1 letter d) of the Civil Service Act],
e) has achieved the education required by law for this service position [§ 25 subsection 1 letter e) of the Civil Service Act], i.e., at least higher professional education,
f) possesses the required health fitness [§ 25 subsection 1 letter f) of the Civil Service Act].
g) possesses the required knowledge of the Czech language, unless they are a citizen of the Czech Republic [§ 25 subsection 1 letter g) of the Civil Service Act]
