We are seeking two production engineers with the same core assignment, where one position is located in the pulp division and the other in the cardboard division. Regardless of area, you will work close to production and play an important role in identifying improvement opportunities, solving problems, and developing our processes and production equipment. In the role you will, among other things: lead and manage improvement work with focus on productivity, quality, availability, and cost efficiency monitor production-related key metrics, identify improvement areas, and initiate measures develop, optimize, and evaluate processes and production equipment within your area lead or participate in feasibility studies, projects, and technical development initiatives collaborate with operations, maintenance, projects, engineering, and other functions to develop common working methods. You will have the mandate to act on production and process-related matters within your area of responsibility.
