Around 750 employees work with us, and our mill is located on the Hälsingland coast, 9 kilometers south of Hudiksvall. Here you will be part of an operation where production, maintenance, engineering, and other functions work closely together. Your next challenge As a production engineer, you will have an operations-focused role with the opportunity to influence how we produce today and develop our production for the future. Your mission is to support and develop the operating organization to contribute to safe, stable, and efficient production. We are seeking two production engineers with the same core assignment, where one position is located in the pulp division and the other in the cardboard division. Regardless of area, you will work close to production and play an important role in identifying improvement opportunities, solving problems, and developing our processes and production equipment. In the role you will, among other things: lead and manage improvement work with focus on productivity, quality, availability, and cost efficiency monitor production-related key metrics, identify improvement areas, and initiate measures develop, optimize, and evaluate processes and production equipment within your area lead or participate in feasibility studies, projects, and technical development initiatives collaborate with operations, maintenance, projects, engineering, and other functions to develop common working methods. You will have the mandate to act on production and process-related matters within your area of responsibility. To succeed in the role We are looking for you who enjoys taking initiative and making things happen. You work in a structured and systematic way with problem-solving and have the ability to independently take a project from start to finish. At the same time, collaboration is an important part of the role. You build trusting relationships and enjoy working together with operators, technicians, managers, and other functions to achieve common goals. For the role you need to have: a degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, engineering physics, or another relevant technical field the ability to independently lead projects from start to finish, including follow-up and reporting a structured and systematic approach to problem-solving a B-class driver's license. Previous experience from pulp, paper, or other process industries is a merit. Experience is appreciated, but we place great weight on your potential, your technical interest, and how you approach problems and collaboration.
