Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace and service. You work in a team and have varying tasks: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen making burgers and fries, and manage the register ensuring customers receive what they ordered. During your first days you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training.
