Your role The position of social worker in economic assistance is significant and multifaceted. In dialogue with the client, you work to find a solution tailored to the individual. You often meet people in crisis with complex life situations. In your work, you collaborate with other units within the district administration and external partners. As a senior social worker, you primarily work with a smaller number of cases where the client's issues are very complex. Your main responsibilities include: Investigating and making decisions on economic assistance. Motivating toward self-sufficiency Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders Using assessment tools such as Initial Assessment (IB), FIA, FREDA short questions We place great emphasis on using MI, BIP, Signs of Safety, and team-based work. Child Case Worker in Foster Care Services

Welcome to us The Placement Unit consists of three groups, each with its own group leader, working with children and young people placed outside their own homes. Two of the groups work with children placed in foster care, and each group consists of four child case workers and three foster care case workers. In addition, there is a dedicated foster care case worker responsible for recruiting foster families. The third group, the Placement Group, works with children and young people placed in other forms of care such as HVB-homes and supported housing. The group consists of four social workers and one school coordinator. Together we form a social service that is based on what people need. To get closer to our clients and build trust, we continuously improve our way of working. You build trusting relationships, maintain contact with parents and their networks, and collaborate with foster care case workers. The work is conducted according to SoL and LVU. Travel is part of the position – mainly in Stockholm but also in other parts of the country. Your competence and experience For this position, you must have: A degree in Social Work Experience working with authority enforcement for children and young people We consider it advantageous if you have: Experience working according to Signs of Safety B-driver's license You are structured and ensure that your cases are handled in a timely manner and with quality. You are goal and results-oriented with a clear focus on creating the best possible conditions for children and families. Furthermore, you are relationship-building and have the ability to establish trust and good cooperation, both with clients and their networks. Social Worker - Placement Unit

Welcome to us The Placement Unit consists of three teams, each with its own team leader, working with children and young people placed outside their own homes. Two of the teams work with children placed in foster care, and each team consists of four child welfare officers and three foster care coordinators. Additionally, there is a dedicated foster care coordinator responsible for recruiting foster families. The third team, the Placement Team, works with children and young people placed in other care settings such as group homes and supported housing. The team consists of four social workers and one school coordinator. Together we form a social service based on what people need.
