Property Technician
We are seeking an experienced Property Technician for our portfolio in Skaraborg, based in Götene. With us, you will work closely with our tenants on varied tasks and carry significant responsibility for maintaining our properties to a high standard.
We have approximately 440 rental apartments and over 43,000 sqm of commercial space in Skaraborg, of which 180 apartments and 20,000 sqm are located in the Götene area.
Beyond Skövde and Götene, which make up the majority of our Skaraborg portfolio, we also have properties in Vara, Falköping, and Tibro.
As a Property Technician with us, your main responsibilities include:
Supervision and inspections of our properties
Ongoing maintenance of our residential and commercial properties
Troubleshooting and repairs for service requests
Energy efficiency and optimization initiatives in our properties in collaboration with Operations Managers
Repairs and remedial actions for reported defects
Conducting inspections and documenting the condition of apartments and premises
Case management through our digital case handling system
On-call duty according to a rotating schedule
You will work closely with the Property Manager, contractors, and colleagues to ensure a safe and pleasant living and working environment for our tenants.
Qualifications
Documented experience as a Property Technician or equivalent, preferably within the residential segment
Practical knowledge of building technology and experience performing maintenance and operations work in properties
Experience in electrical and plumbing work, or similar competencies
Good experience working with digital tools and the M365 environment
Class B driver's license
Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written
We particularly value if you have:
Experience working independently with fault rectification, planned maintenance, and smaller projects
Experience with systematic troubleshooting and energy efficiency improvements
Background in construction combined with knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work (e.g., one-to-one replacements)
Experience working with case management systems and digital portals
Strong communication skills and experience with customer contact
A positive attitude and solution-oriented approach
