At Östergården Children and Youth Residence, we are seeking temporary staff who want to work closely with children with disabilities. You will be part of the entire daily routine, from personal care and mealtimes to play and activities. Our goal is for every child to feel valued, be included, and be able to take small steps forward at their own pace. To succeed, we work together with engaged colleagues and specialist expertise close at hand. Your Role As temporary staff at Östergården, you will work as needed during day, evening, and weekend shifts in one of our two departments: NPF or multiple disabilities. The work is close and personal, where you typically focus on one child during your shift. Around you, you will find colleagues, group leaders, support educators, nurses, and the habilitation team who provide support and guidance. At Klippan and Eken, you will meet children with intellectual disabilities and NPF. Here, structure, clear routines, and adapted communication are important, along with personal care and daily support. At Solsidan and Lunden, you will meet children with multiple disabilities. Here, care is more comprehensive and several children have medical technical needs.
