Strömsbro Din hälsocentral is beautifully located in a coastal area with both countryside and newly developed residential neighborhoods. With just over 10,800 listed patients and 40 employees, we are the largest publicly operated health center in the newly formed company Din hälsocentral Region Gävleborg. We provide primary care with physician and district nurse services, child health clinics (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. We offer specialist clinics such as asthma/COPD and diabetes services. We have a rehabilitation coordinator to assist in the sick leave process. WORK TASKS We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to make a difference in our patients' ability to live active and healthy lives.
