Strömsbro Din hälsocentral is beautifully located in a coastal area with both countryside and newly developed residential neighborhoods. We are within cycling distance from the train station and have excellent bus connections. With just over 10,800 listed patients and 40 employees, we are the largest publicly operated health center in the newly formed company Din hälsocentral Region Gävleborg.
We provide primary care with physician and district nurse services, child health clinics (BVC), psychosocial team, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy. We offer specialist clinics such as asthma/COPD and diabetes services. We have a rehabilitation coordinator to assist in the sick leave process. We are part of Min vård Gävleborg, which provides access to digital health services for more accessible and equitable care.

WORK TASKS
We are looking for a physiotherapist who wants to make a difference in our patients' ability to live active and healthy lives. You will join a workplace where you will have varied tasks in collaboration with a positive, engaged, and supportive work team. Physiotherapy is the first line of care for musculoskeletal and support system issues. The work involves standard assessment and treatment of children, adults, and elderly patients with various functional limitations and rehabilitation needs, as well as sports and exercise injuries. Collegial daily learning is important to us for a good work environment and team spirit. The work includes some home visits in collaboration with occupational therapists and district nurses from the health center, as well as group treatment and education such as arthritis classes. You will also collaborate with the asthma/COPD nurse in patient-centered work.

QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is flexible, responsible, and solution-focused with good collaboration skills, as we have interprofessional collaboration. You are engaged and want to contribute to the development of the health center. We place great importance on personal suitability.
In the role of physiotherapist, you should
• be a licensed physiotherapist
• have a class B driver's license.
For this position, it is a merit if you have previous experience working in primary care. It is also desirable if you have training and experience working with various treatment methods in physiotherapy such as OMT/OMI, MDT/McKenzie, basic body awareness, and acupuncture.
