We at Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell in Funäsdalen are now looking for a chef for our evening restaurant for the winter season, but a year-round position may become available. We are looking for someone who has worked as a chef before with at least 5 years of experience, good collaboration skills, and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues. Eriksgården is a mountain hotel with 42 rooms located in central Funäsdalen. The hotel also has a spa section with pool, jacuzzi, and various saunas. Eriksgårdens Fjällhotell is centrally located in Funäsdalen village with 40 rooms. In winter, snowmobile trails and cross-country ski trails are right outside the door, and Funäsdalsberget with its excellent skiing is just a few kilometers away. In summer, fishing, hiking, and cycling are all close to the hotel. During high season we operate two restaurants. One for hotel guests with half-board and an à la carte restaurant; both restaurants are open every evening of the week. You should be a creative and stress-resilient person with flexibility, quality awareness, and the ability to work independently. You must be fluent in Swedish and English.
