Ski Rental / Ski Pass / Shop

Are you looking for a winter job in the mountains where you get to work with guests, skiing, and nature? Kappruet is now looking for more staff for our ski rental. Here you'll be an important part of the guest experience - from the first meeting in the shop until they're ready at the lift. What you'll do with us: Help guests choose the right skis, boots, and equipment Adjust and fit equipment for safe and comfortable skiing Sell ski passes and sporting goods Answer questions about the area and our products Book ski lessons Ensure the ski rental is well-organized, clean, and welcoming Contribute to a positive and safe service experience. We're looking for someone who: Likes people and is passionate about good service Is thorough and reliable when things get busy Enjoys teamwork and can take responsibility Preferably has experience with skiing or working in a sports shop (but we're happy to teach you) Experience from ski rental, sports retail, or seasonal work in the mountains is of course a plus - but the right attitude is what matters most Why work at Kappruet? Since Kappruet is far from public transportation, it's an advantage to have your own car and driver's license.
