The tasks may include personal care, support with meals, hygiene routines, exercise activities, medication management, and planning and implementation of social activities. With a pedagogical and professional approach, you strengthen the individual's independence and contribute to achieving set goals. You become part of close collaboration between units, unit managers, and staffing administrators where dialogue and quality are in focus. About You We are looking for someone who has completed upper secondary education, preferably in health and care, children and leisure, or equivalent training. Pedagogical education of at least 180 hp is considered a merit. Experience working with persons with disabilities or in psychiatric operations is particularly valuable.
