A snapshot of your day We are now looking for a dedicated trainer in electrical and control systems at Siemens Energy Training Center in Finspång. How you will make an impact You plan and conduct both theoretical and practical training in electrical and control systems, with a focus on PCS7 and in the future also T3000. You develop and adapt training courses and course materials based on the organization's needs. You contribute your technical expertise in electrical and control systems to the development of training content and structure. You ensure high pedagogical quality in our training and support participants in their competency development. You are responsible for EHS matters related to training activities, including safety regulations, reporting, and equipment. You collaborate closely with other trainers, training coordinators, and technical interfaces within the company. You represent TCM in development work related to electrical and control products. You participate as needed in site or workshop tests to maintain and further develop your technical understanding. What you bring You have experience working with electrical and control systems, preferably in design, system design, or similar technical areas. You have good knowledge of PCS7 and/or T3000. You have experience with, or a strong interest in, pedagogical work – for example, training, mentoring, or knowledge transfer. You have the ability to structure and convey complex technical information in a clear and engaging manner. Experience from commissioning or on-site work is a merit, but not required. Knowledge of KKS systems and technical documentation is a merit. You have a high EHS awareness and work in a structured and quality-focused manner. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. You have good IT skills. Group Manager – R&D Turbine Mechanical Integrity Rotor Components
The R&D TURBINE department is growing and consequently we are expanding from five to six groups. We are now looking for you who have a high interest in becoming Group Manager leading our newly established team— Mechanical Integrity Rotor Components (MIR). In this role, you will not be stepping into an isolated leadership position. On the contrary, you will become part of a supportive management team where collaboration, shared responsibility, and mutual support are fundamental. As a new Group Manager, you can expect strong backing from experienced colleagues across the department, creating a safe and encouraging environment for you to grow and succeed in your role. A Snapshot of Your Day As the manager of MIR, you will be part of a team responsible for the reliability of our high-loaded turbine rotor and hot gas components. The group actively participates in highly varied and challenging areas, such as technology & innovation, development of new and existing products, prototype testing, failure investigations, support to the workshop, procurement, and sales projects. Your day will be a balanced mix of people leadership, technical direction, and strategic work. You will focus on developing and supporting your team and its individuals while at the same time contributing to department strategy, project planning, and continuous operational improvement. A key part of your role is the close and structured collaboration with the Group Manager for Mechanical Integrity Stator Components (MIS). Together, you will work as a leadership pair with shared responsibility for mechanical integrity, actively shaping how the two groups collaborate, align technologies, and develop common ways of working. The group is highly driven and innovative, at the absolute forefront within its area of responsibility, i.e. mechanical integrity, material development and material characterization. A typical task for a group member starts with stress/thermo-mechanical analysis as the basis for low cycle fatigue, creep, crack growth, and oxidation assessments. They work closely with teams that include senior MI engineers, designers, heat transfer engineers, and CFD engineers. Our Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators.
