The job is simply about helping our customers shop for good and sustainable food at really great prices. Job details: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, probation period applies Start date: By agreement Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends Requirements: Secondary education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not employ people under 18 years old due to the nature of the work tasks. More about the job: Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks good. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce items. You meet our customers with knowledge, tact, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it. After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales, as well as contribute to the store reaching its sales and profitability goals.
