ABOUT US: BKP GmbH Sweden Filial serves as a local service partner for Bosch conducting vehicle testing in cold climate conditions in Arjeplog. BKP is responsible for operating and maintaining Bosch's winter testing facility at Vaitoudden, located 10km outside Arjeplog, as well as providing the service required for successful testing operations ranging from track preparation and snow removal to events and research arrangements, reception work, cleaning, and more. ABOUT YOU: We are looking for someone with reception experience or similar background in service-oriented roles. Like many places, the reception is the hub of operations, so you need to be collaborative and able to work independently. You understand the importance of maintaining high service standards and must have strong social skills, be accommodating, and friendly and natural in your interactions. You should be calm, attentive, and organized. As a person, you thrive in changing environments and are quick to handle unexpected situations. Work shifts consist of morning and afternoon/evening. We require that you are proficient in MS Office and willing to learn other business-specific software programs used in the department. Since our customers come from all over the world, excellent English language skills are a requirement.
