As a server/waitress with us, you must have the right personality—be open, outgoing, proactive, social, and enjoy meeting people from around the world while providing them with personal and professional service. Our restaurants experience rapid fluctuations in guest numbers and frequently host large bookings and VIP groups, which demands great flexibility. You must adapt easily to fast-paced changes, be decisive, and handle stress well. With strong knowledge of food and beverages, you will gladly take care of our guests at their tables. You should be a great team player since you work closely with the kitchen, where collaboration is essential. Our guests range from pub patrons wanting a simple dinner and a beer to high-level business executives and VIP groups seeking an exclusive three-course dinner paired with carefully selected wines. You should have an intuitive sense of how guests want to be treated, but without varying your level of service—all our guests should leave with the feeling that they want to come back!
Working at one of our 4-star hotels in the center of the international automotive testing industry is a unique experience. It is not comparable to traditional seasonal work with vacationing party guests. Most of our guests are with us for business; they are accustomed to high-class standards, professional service, and personalized attention. For the 2026/27 winter season, we are now seeking several people who want to work with us in an exciting and intensive industry. Since our guests are international, you will speak English for the majority of your working time. Requirements include several years of professional experience, strong knowledge of food and beverages, and the right personality. Work is primarily scheduled for evenings and weekends.
