Operations Manager – E-commerce, Logistics & Systems at Vesani Sweden AB
Are you a curious and driven doer who enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and making things happen? Do you have excellent IT and systems knowledge and thrive in a broad role with significant responsibility? Then this might be the role for you. About Vesani Vesani Sweden AB is a growing e-commerce company with offices and a showroom in Ängelholm. We sell furniture, lighting, and bathroom fixtures under our own brand, which we import directly from our suppliers in Asia and Europe without intermediaries. We are a small team with short decision-making processes, where each person makes a significant difference. Vesani Sweden AB is seeking an Operations Manager who will become a central figure in our organization – the connector between our internal functions, warehouse/3PL, customer service, systems, and external partners. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just want to maintain existing processes, but wants to build, improve, and drive them forward. The role reports to the CEO. About the Role As Operations Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that Vesani's daily operational flows work smoothly – and that we have the right processes, systems, and structure to grow efficiently. You have clear ownership of collaboration with our warehouse/3PL and our freight forwarders, and ensuring they meet the SLA levels we have agreed upon. You ensure that order flows, inventory status, returns, complaints, and other operational issues are handled quickly and systematically. An equally important part of the role is building and developing our internal processes and IT infrastructure. Do you see a manual process that could be automated? Then you drive it. Do two systems need to communicate via API? Then you ensure the solution is implemented. Do we need to bring in a programmer or external specialist? Then you define requirements, coordinate, and follow up on the work. You don't need to be able to program yourself – but you need to be sufficiently technically curious and knowledgeable to understand the systems, see the possibilities, and drive projects to completion. Your Main Responsibilities Warehouse, 3PL & Operational Flow You are Vesani's primary operational contact with the warehouse/3PL and freight forwarders and are responsible for ensuring the collaboration works efficiently. You will, among other things: • own ongoing communication and follow-up with warehouse/3PL and freight forwarders • monitor that our partners meet agreed SLA levels for delivery times, delivery reliability, and quality • establish, document, and improve processes and work methods • track order flows, delivery accuracy, inventory status, and deviations • ensure that problems and deviations are identified and actually resolved • manage backorders, internal inventory transfers, and operational warehouse issues • be responsible for structure and processes around returns and complaints • ensure that relevant information reaches customer service and other parts of the organization Processes, Systems & IT You have significant responsibility for developing how Vesani works. This includes, among other things: • mapping and establishing internal processes • identifying bottlenecks and inefficient or manual work methods • driving automation and digitalization • developing flows and integrations between our various systems • driving projects related to APIs and system integrations • defining requirements and project managing external programmers and IT partners • driving development projects related to our website and digital platform • ensuring that Visma.net and other relevant systems contain correct information • creating structure for monitoring, data, and reporting You essentially become the person who ensures that processes and systems work together in practice. Who Are We Looking For? For this role, personality, drive, and problem-solving ability are essential. You are a doer. You identify what needs to be done, take initiative, and drive the matter through to completion. You are curious and driven. When you encounter something you don't understand, you want to find out how it works. You enjoy learning new systems, testing solutions, and finding better ways to work. You have excellent IT and systems knowledge. You understand digital flows and pick up new systems easily. Concepts like APIs, integrations, automation, and data quality feel natural to you. You are structured and analytical. You can handle multiple parallel issues, prioritize correctly, and create structure even where it doesn't exist today. You are unpretentious. One moment you can drive a major IT or process project and the next you can solve a concrete problem with an order, return, or inventory discrepancy. The role also involves some practical work in the operations – you see this as a natural part of understanding the flow and being able to improve it. We believe you have • experience in a broad operational role in e-commerce, logistics, business systems, or similar • excellent IT and systems knowledge and good understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital flows • experience driving projects and coordinating external suppliers or developers • a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work approach • good Swedish and English • a driver's license Experience in e-commerce, 3PL, business systems, Visma.net, automation, or web development projects is a plus. You don't need to know everything from the start. The most important thing is that you have the drive and curiosity to figure out what you don't already know. Practical Details The role is based at our office and showroom in Ängelholm. A driver's license and access to a car are required, as the work involves regular visits to our 3PL warehouse outside Klippan. Why Vesani? This is a role with great opportunity to make an impact. You'll be close to the business and have the mandate to create structure, improve processes, and drive projects that directly impact how the company operates. We are therefore not looking for someone who just wants to maintain what already exists. We are looking for a curious, technically knowledgeable doer who wants to build, improve, and make things happen. Do you recognize yourself? We'd love to hear from you. Please send your application to [email protected]

Maintenance Coordinator Electrical & Instrumentation at Öresundskraft
Do you want to work with maintenance in a socially critical and technically complex operation? At Öresundskraft, you'll get a broad and varied role where you work with electrical, instrumentation, and preventive maintenance at our energy facilities – in close collaboration with skilled colleagues and with a strong focus on operational reliability, improvement work, and long-term development. About the Operation Within our Production business unit, we are responsible for operation, maintenance, and ongoing development and optimization of Öresundskraft's district heating production in Helsingborg and Ängelholm. Within the Maintenance Department, where this position is located, we are approximately 25 employees within different specialist areas working with both ongoing and preventive maintenance at the Filbornaverket and Västhamnsverket in Helsingborg, and Åkerslundsverket in Ängelholm. We are in an exciting development phase with several major investment projects in control systems, automation, and facility engineering, while continuing to develop and improve our work methods and preventive maintenance. About the Position In your role as Maintenance Coordinator for Electrical & Instrumentation, you are responsible for your functional area, which means you plan, prepare, and lead/distribute work and conduct follow-ups together with our partners. Of course, you will also do a considerable amount of your own troubleshooting and practical work. You will be based at Åkerslundsverket in Ängelholm, but the role also includes being able to help and support colleagues at our other facilities with their maintenance work and projects. The role is very broad and involves everything from acute problem-solving and/or planned service work, inspections, to preventive maintenance work and improvements related to electrical and instrumentation – always in close collaboration with your skilled colleagues. You collaborate daily with the maintenance team at Åkerslundsverket in mechanical and electrical/instrumentation, as well as with the facility manager, operations staff, project managers, and external partners. The role involves responsibility for following up and quality-assuring completed work, both technically and economically. Together with the team, you also ensure efficient spare parts management for the facility's daily operation and that relevant technical documentation, manuals, and instructions are kept updated and accessible. We always strive to shift operations from corrective to preventive maintenance and thereby minimize production downtime. You will be an important player in this. In your work, you are a role model regarding regulations and rules for environment, occupational health and safety, quality, and economy. In addition to work with daily operations, you will also participate in planning our recurring maintenance shutdowns and projects. The position is daytime (Monday-Friday) with a recurring on-call week (every seventh week). You report directly to the Facility Manager / Maintenance Manager for Åkerslundsverket. About You To be successful and thrive in the position, we believe you have several years of experience with maintenance work (electrical & instrumentation) within power and heat production or within other complex process industries, alternatively maritime maintenance. You likely have a post-secondary technical education and/or equivalent work experience as an industrial electrician. Of course, you have good knowledge of electrical work below 1000 V and are experienced with systematic troubleshooting of, for example: instruments, systems, safety circuits, valve control, frequency converters, and control cabinets with associated automation. We expect you to have very good computer skills and prior experience with drawing interpretation, facility documentation, and handling work orders using a maintenance system, such as Idus. It is a merit if you have basic knowledge of any CAD tool and if you are familiar with automation control/PLC (Siemens S7) and/or DCS (ABB 800xA). In the role, you will need to have a driver's license (B) and we assume that you are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. To thrive and be successful in the role as Maintenance Coordinator, you need to be structured, proactive, flexible, and good at collaborating, both within the organization and with external partners. You also need to be able to see the bigger picture, understand a system, so that at the detail level you can find a practical solution. You are self-directed and enjoy when no two days are the same and when new challenges and re-prioritizations are more rule than exception. Of course, you are genuinely technically interested and have good problem-solving abilities. As an employee at Öresundskraft, you may be conscripted in accordance with total defense requirements. Since we conduct socially critical operations, background checks may be conducted prior to employment. We believe in the strength of diversity and see different perspectives and experiences as an important part of our success. With us, you can be yourself and contribute with your unique expertise. Benefits At Öresundskraft, we care about the wellbeing and sustainability of our employees. Therefore, we offer our employees several benefits. Read more HERE!
