ABOUT THE POSITION As Head of Production Engineering at Stadler, you will have a central role in developing a production-focused function with significant responsibility for methods, processes, standards, and technical prerequisites. You will lead a team of production engineers and be responsible for creating stable, safe, and efficient work practices in complex train manufacturing with many interfaces. You will provide direction for the department's work, develop your team's competencies, and drive improvement initiatives that strengthen our competitiveness.
