Now we're seeking a Talent Manager/Consultant Manager who wants to take full responsibility for our partnerships in the Mälardalen region. Your Role: More Than Just a Desk Job As a Talent Manager with us, you're the face of Randstad's operations. You're a strategic partner to our customers and a trusted leader to our consultants. Your day is dynamic and you move freely between in-depth business discussions with customers and coaching conversations on the production floor. With us, you're responsible for: Business Development: You build and nurture relationships with decision-makers. You actively identify growth opportunities and sell solutions that make a real difference to our customers' efficiency. Leadership & Matching: You drive recruitment processes from start to finish and ensure the right person lands in the right place. As a personnel manager, you coach your consultants through their entire journey with us – from onboarding to their next career step. Quality & Structure: You ensure that administration runs smoothly, that salaries and invoicing are correct, and that we always deliver with the highest quality and traceability. Who Are You? We believe you're a person with substance who inspires confidence through your expertise and warm approach. You're self-assured and navigate quickly in environments where conditions can change in a coffee break. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: Industrial Background: You've worked as a team leader, production manager, or similar role in an industrial environment and understand our customers' challenges. Alternatively, you have a couple of years of experience as a consultant manager with a focus on logistics and industry. A Heart for Service: You're happy to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction and see solutions where others see problems. Flexibility: You're comfortable with varying work hours – sometimes you're up with the early shift, other times you stay late to meet the evening shift.
