Do you want to work through the entire rental process – from advertisement to contract? Then this could be the right position for you! As a Rental Manager, you will manage the rental of residential units and also support the leasing of commercial spaces. You play an important role in contact with prospective tenants and are responsible for ensuring that the rental process is experienced as smooth, clear, and professional. The position involves many contact points with tenants, suppliers, and contractors, as well as close collaboration with the company's other employees. Your Responsibilities • Post and manage residential listings on channels such as HomeQ, websites, and social media • Receive and follow up on interest applications • Conduct initial selection of applicants according to established guidelines • Plan and coordinate property viewings, and conduct viewings as needed • Sign lease agreements and update information in property management systems • Serve as the contact person for prospective tenants throughout the rental process • Support with basic administration and customer matters related to rentals Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • Is at the beginning of your career or has a few years of experience in service, administration, or customer contact • Is organized, thorough, and enjoys keeping things in order • Enjoys working with people and providing good service • Enjoys working in an environment where you contribute to developing the company • Is driven and takes own initiative • Has an interest in marketing and social media • Is communicative and expresses yourself well in speech and writing • Holds a valid driver's license (Category B) Meritorious (but not required): • Experience in rental management or the real estate industry • Experience with HomeQ, Real, customer systems, or administrative systems We Offer: • A secure role with support from experienced colleagues • The opportunity to learn the entire real estate industry • A varied workday with both administration and customer contact • A workplace focused on collaboration and development Good to Know: - The position is full-time with a 6-month probationary period. - Work location is central Borås.
