We want to fill this role with a driven, structured, and committed recruiter who wants to take a central position in launching a strategically important major client. As a recruiter, you will have a key role in building and managing the candidate pipeline in the white-collar sector, with a focus on roles in production, administration, and technical development. You will be responsible for initiating multiple parallel processes, creating momentum in the candidate pipeline, and ensuring that the right candidates are presented at the right time. You will also be an important coordinating function for several other recruiters who partially work with the same client. This role suits you if you thrive in a high-paced environment, enjoy creating structure in complex processes, and are motivated by making things happen. Your main areas of responsibility – Start up and manage multiple recruitment processes in parallel within production, administration, and technical development – Build a strong candidate pipeline through job postings, search, networking, and proactive outreach – Conduct screening, phone calls, interviews, and candidate assessments – Present qualified candidates in a clear and professional manner – Create structure, working methods, and priorities in a startup phase where a lot happens simultaneously – Serve as a coordinating link between multiple recruiters assigned to the same client Qualifications For you to thrive in this role with us, it is important that you are a team player. You have: – Experience in recruitment or a similar role, with a good understanding of the entire recruitment process – Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously without losing structure or quality – Experience with search and building candidate networks – Strong ability to screen, conduct interviews, and present candidates – Strong sense of service, quality, and business – Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written It is an advantage if you have experience in recruitment within production, technology, industry, or administration. You must have a driver's license and access to a car.
