About the position As a Site Manager within Raw Material Supply, you have overall responsibility for operations within your geographic area. You are responsible for planning, leading, and monitoring production, and ensuring that operations are conducted efficiently, safely, and profitably. The role involves close collaboration with shift supervisors, production staff, contractors, customers, and suppliers. Your main duties include: Leading, planning, and directing daily production within your area of responsibility. Responsibility for delivery, finances, personnel, quality, and working environment. Ensuring that operations meet set production, profitability, and quality targets. Working with budgets, forecasts, financial monitoring, and profit responsibility. Responsibility for resource planning, productivity, and cost optimization. Leading and developing employees and contributing to an engaged and well-functioning team. Working actively with customer relations, market development, and business development. Ensuring compliance with laws, permits, internal requirements, and guidelines. Driving improvement initiatives in safety, quality, environment, and efficiency. To succeed in this role, we believe you: Have experience in leadership with personnel and profit responsibility. Have experience from construction, civil engineering, ballast, recycling, or related industries. Have good financial understanding and experience with budget and result monitoring. Have the ability to plan, prioritize, and make decisions in a changing operation. Have good understanding of production, resource planning, and operational management. Have post-secondary education in, for example, production, engineering, business, or leadership, or equivalent experience. Have good computer skills and experience with business and management systems. Communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. Have a valid driver's license (category B). It is a merit if you have experience from quarry operations, raw material supply, recycling, or contracting operations.
