About the Position
At HS Konsult AB, you'll have an independent and dynamic workday where you collaborate closely with both clients and colleagues. You'll contribute your expertise and advice while helping customers strengthen and develop their operations. As an accounting consultant with us, you'll have a broad and varied role with responsibility for your own client portfolio, mostly consisting of small owner-managed companies, corporations, and sole proprietorships.
The majority of your clients are located in the Storvik area. Because the work is seasonally focused, we offer great flexibility – during peak season you spend more time at the office, while the low season provides good opportunities for hybrid work.
Your responsibilities include:
Ongoing bookkeeping
Lead and develop your client assignments with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and profitability
Prepare financial statements and annual reports
Tax filings for both companies and individuals
Advice on finance and business development
General tax consulting
About You
We're seeking an accounting consultant who wants to take responsibility, contribute their expertise, and participate in developing our working methods and processes. At HS Konsult AB, you'll have a central role in our financial advisory and the opportunity to make a real difference.
You have a strong business drive and a genuine desire to create value for clients through professional and business-oriented consulting. You thrive in a consultant role with significant personal responsibility and appreciate the opportunity to build and develop long-term client relationships. You work independently and take clear overall responsibility for your own client assignments. As a person, you are structured and meticulous, and experienced at creating order and driving processes forward with quality.
Qualifications
Relevant education in finance and accounting
At least 3-5 years of experience as an accounting consultant at a firm
Experience preparing financial statements and tax filings is required
Experience working with both corporations and sole proprietorships
Strong knowledge of accounting software such as Fortnox and Capego
