CloudCharge offers a SaaS platform for managing electric vehicle charging and helps companies, housing associations, and workplaces administer, control, and optimize charging infrastructure. About the Role As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for driving new customer sales in the Nordic market, primarily within housing associations, workplaces, hotels, and parking facilities. You work with the entire sales process – from prospecting and first contact to presentations, quotes, and signed contracts. The role is operational, outbound-focused, and involves significant personal responsibility. You work closely with the CEO and Customer Support in an entrepreneurial organization with high pace and short decision-making processes. This is also CloudCharge's first dedicated sales role, which means a unique opportunity to be part of the journey from the beginning and influence both work methods, customer engagement, and the continued commercial development of the business. You are energetic, persistent, and have strong self-drive. You don't give up after a few rejections; instead, you continue creating new opportunities through high activity and structured follow-up. We believe you have experience with B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or digital services, but you may also come from subscription, alarm systems, or other outbound sales backgrounds where new customer acquisition and persistence have been key to success. In addition, you have: · 3-year university degree or equivalent relevant experience · At least 3 years of successful B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on outbound sales and new customer acquisition · Good technical understanding and interest, preferably in EV charging or related technology areas · Experience with CRM and digital tools · Valid driver's license · Fluent Swedish and good English in speech and writing. Other Nordic languages are a plus. If you also have experience from EV charging, PropTech, Energy tech, or other technology-related industries, that is meriting, but the right personality, energy, and drive are most important.
