About the Role This is a broad, business-focused, and operationally involved role. You will be responsible for commercial property management, leasing, and customer relationships—from initial contact and new leasing through long-term management and the development of existing partnerships. You will work closely with the companies in our properties and are expected to understand their operations, needs, and future plans. At the same time, you will actively drive the leasing efforts forward by identifying new business opportunities and establishing contact with prospective tenants. You will, among other things: Manage commercial property operations and customer relations Identify and drive new leasing opportunities from prospecting and customer engagement to signed agreements Develop, negotiate, and renegotiate market-rate lease agreements Identify and drive value-creating initiatives for the property portfolio Monitor property finances, analyze results, and contribute to business development Collaborate with brokers, tenant advisors, and other external partners Initiate marketing activities and contribute to Safjället's visibility Be Safjället's face in the properties and areas where we operate This is a role for someone who thrives in a varied daily environment where you can combine customer contact, leasing, management, and business acumen while having the opportunity to influence the company's continued growth. Your Profile We believe you have a couple of years of experience in commercial property management, leasing, or related fields within real estate. You have a genuine interest in people, businesses, and long-term relationships. You enjoy working with customers, are self-motivated, and take responsibility for driving processes forward. At the same time, you appreciate being part of a small team where everyone helps each other and shares responsibility for the whole. We also believe you have: Relevant post-secondary education Experience working with commercial spaces or leasing Good understanding of lease agreements and real estate law A business-oriented mindset and aptitude for negotiation and customer relations Knowledge of real estate finance Interest in property development Strong proficiency in Swedish and English Why Safjället?
