Experienced Systems Developer to Engaleda

Engaleda is now taking the next step and establishing operations in Sundsvall. We are looking for you — a confident, experienced systems developer who appreciates quality, long-term thinking, and a human-centered consulting model. At Engaleda, we put people first and work long-term — not with disposable relationships or trend-chasing. We are the next generation consulting firm where the focus is on sustainable solutions, engagement, and clear accountability. What you are stepping into Engaleda is a technology consulting firm with strong roots in industry and an extensive network across Sweden, particularly in the expanding Norrland region. We work in areas such as product development, project management, production engineering, electronics design, and more. We are not just building operations in Sundsvall — we are building a culture, a team, and a quality standard from day one. We believe that you: Are confident in your role and have a couple of different projects under your belt. Are used to taking responsibility and delivering with quality. Can make sound technical decisions — and stand by them. Understand the interplay between technology, business, and people. Are unpretentious and share your experience generously. Value structure, clarity, and reasonable working conditions. What matters is not that you are a specialist in a particular technology — but that you have good judgment, experience, and a desire to do things properly. What we offer A long-term consulting firm where relationships and values come before short-term profits. A modern, flexible, and trust-based way of working. A company that supports the whole person — including proactive work on mental health and access to professional coaching (ICF-certified). A workplace with strong engagement and leadership as a core value, not just a buzzword. Engaleda is still a young company (founded 2021), but already well-established with strong growth and solid finances. It gives you the best of both worlds: stability and influence. Why Sundsvall? Because we want to build something lasting here — together with people who want to set the standard from the start. Here you won't just influence technology and solutions, but also culture, working methods, and team composition. Is this you? If you feel confident in your skills and want to work in a context where quality comes before short-term volume, we would absolutely like to talk. A first conversation is completely without obligation — but could turn out to be the start of something really good. Other information: This recruitment is handled by Engaleda & the contact person for the recruitment is: Alexander Lundgren, [email protected] We work with continuous selection and the position may be filled before the final application deadline. In this role, you may need to undergo a security clearance at the start of employment.
