Your Role as a Sales Associate Your most important task as a salesperson is to find the perfect solution for each customer by listening actively, answering questions, and guiding them toward the best purchase. It's about supporting the customer through the entire process from first contact to completed sale, and your support doesn't end there—customers may need your help after their purchase as well. As a salesperson, you will also work on stocking merchandise and keeping the store updated according to our concepts. Development, training, and keeping your technical knowledge current will be a natural part of your work. Who Are You?
