About the Position As an IT technician/consultant at GDM, you will work in a customer team delivering services and solutions based on customer needs and helping future-proof their operations. You will work primarily from our modern office, but sometimes work at customer sites as well. You will handle issues, assignments, and projects where you actively ensure quality in orders. The work involves planning and prioritizing tasks while maintaining continuous dialogue with customers and other stakeholders. We work customer-focused to deliver high quality and value in our services. Your goal is to complete assignments within agreed timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, and provide clear recommendations that improve customers' IT environments. You are expected to continuously develop your skills through personal interest in learning and by actively monitoring developments in your field. The role also involves acting as an advisor and working proactively to advance the customer's IT operations. We welcome you to continuously share improvement suggestions that strengthen our internal development and help us stay at the forefront. We see that you have several years of IT experience, and it is desirable that you have post-secondary education, for example vocational IT training or certifications in relevant areas. Knowledge in any of the following areas is a merit: - Operations and administration of Azure cloud solutions - Device and application management with Intune - SharePoint administration and development - End-to-end solutions and integration in Microsoft 365 - Identity and access management with Entra ID - Network operations and troubleshooting - Security architecture, incident handling, and IAM Remote work from another location is not possible, as the position is based in Sundsvall and requires presence in the workplace. A valid driver's license is required, and you must be able to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. To thrive in this role, you need to be solution-oriented and analytical, with the ability to see connections and think long-term. Handling challenges constructively and focused, while maintaining a realistic perspective even under pressure, are important qualities. You are also structured and thorough, plan your work well, and ensure tasks are completed on time.
