In this role, you'll work operationally throughout the customer journey for our digital services CCBuild, BM, and BASTA, which are run in IVL's subsidiary companies. These services support the construction and real estate industry in their transition to more sustainable practices – from circular construction and reuse to climate calculations and sustainable material choices. You're responsible for customer contact, follow-up, and ongoing customer care, with the goal of creating a cohesive and professional customer experience. The work largely consists of manual processes and tools, such as Excel, lists, and templates, which require structure and accuracy. This is a development role where you'll work closely with more experienced colleagues and gradually take on greater responsibility. The focus is on customer relationships, sales, and service related to sustainable construction. You'll be employed by IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute, based in Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Malmö, and work in a cross-functional team. The team manager is based in Malmö. The team collaborates internally within IVL and with our subsidiaries, and also contributes as needed to research and customer projects that further develop the digital services. Your Background To succeed in this role, you have: Higher education or vocational training in sustainable construction, environment, civil engineering, or similar Experience with customer contact, service, and/or sales Strong administrative skills and experience working systematically in tools such as Excel or similar Very good knowledge of Swedish and good ability to express yourself in English, both spoken and written It's a plus if you also have: Knowledge of the construction and real estate industry Interest in or experience with sustainable materials, circular flows, or environmental assessment systems Experience working with CRM systems or simple sales tracking Your Personal Qualities To thrive in this role, you also need to be communicative and comfortable reaching out to customers via phone and email.
