Part-Time Machine Operator Position at BAT Fiedler och Lundgren

As a machine operator, you will be the heart of our production, where your daily tasks involve monitoring production, manufacturing products according to our production schedule, and smoothly adjusting machines as needed. In your role, you will: Monitor production Manufacture products according to production schedule and deadlines Adjust machines as needed Work closely with other operators and technicians in production The machine operator position is a part-time consulting assignment through Adecco where you are expected to be available for work at least 1-2 days/week. Another primary employment of at least 50% is required to be considered for this position. BAT operates both 3- and 5-shift schedules. About You We are looking for someone who is curious and a responsible team player. To succeed in the role, you are responsive and open to learning from others' knowledge and experience. You contribute with perspective and have high moral standards and integrity.
