About the Position As a customer service representative at Victoriahem, you will gain unique insight into the real estate industry and become a central part of our customer service team, where we always prioritize our tenants! You will play a key role in creating a positive experience for our tenants. With phone and email as your primary tools, you will ensure that every customer receives quick, professional, and high-quality service. You are skilled at handling various types of inquiries and challenges with a solution-oriented and efficient approach. You will be part of an engaged team where collaboration and a service-minded spirit are part of our daily work. Together with your colleagues, you will work in an open and modern office environment where we always strive to provide the best possible service to our tenants. Your main responsibilities will include: Helping customers resolve various matters via phone and email Handling complaint reports and ensuring smooth case management Performing administrative tasks related to property management Contributing to high customer satisfaction through professional and service-oriented interactions We see that you are flexible and can also work in our rental support, where you actively call new customers who have expressed interest in being contacted, with the goal of building trust and guiding them with rental-related questions. This position is a consulting assignment through Adecco with immediate start. Working hours are flexibly scheduled Monday-Sunday, and you work as needed. About You We are looking for someone who is driven, goal-oriented, service-minded, and interested in long-term part-time work. You can work at least two days per week and are available to work full-time during Christmas and summer. To succeed in this role, you need excellent communication skills, be solution-focused, and unpretentious. As a person, you are attentive and accommodating with an eye for details that make a difference in the customer experience. If you are studying a real estate-related program, this is a merit. We see that you have the ability to build relationships and establish trust—both with our tenants and your colleagues! Essential for the position: You have work experience in customer service or sales via phone You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing You are a student or have another main occupation of at least 50% You have at least three semesters remaining in your current education We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
