We define ourselves as the "possibilities" DV, where participants have the opportunity to realize their dreams in their "work". About the Role As an activity coach with us, your primary task is to meet participants where they are and help them realize their ideas. You plan, lead, and develop activities based on participants' unique interests. The role involves supporting individuals with different needs in their daily lives, encouraging independence, and creating a safe and stimulating environment. You will be mainly stationed in Täby, but occasional shifts may also be conducted in Vallentuna. You can also be booked for shorter, consecutive periods. We are looking for someone who is flexible, curious and interested in working with children and young people of different ages. Your ResponsibilitiesPreschool: You support the educational team in daily work and are active in children's play, meals, rest time and learning. You contribute to a safe, fun and developmental environment with the child's best interests in focus. Elementary School (Teacher Substitute): As a teacher substitute, you are an important part of students' learning. You are responsible for teaching during the regular teacher's absence and create a safe and inspiring environment where students receive support to develop as far as possible in their knowledge development. You help students understand, complete and progress in their schoolwork, always with the student's learning in focus. For longer substitute periods, planning, assessment and contact with guardians may also be included. After-school/Collaboration: You support students in the classroom and serve as extra support in teaching. During breaks and after-school time, you are an active part of the activities, where you willingly take initiative and lead activities that encourage play, movement, creativity and community. We would like you to be creative and responsive, and that you create good opportunities for all students to participate on their own terms. You contribute energy, safety and a warm reception and are an important adult in the children's day.
